UNDER AND AS EFFECT OF G.L.VO 25.05.1999 N.185
These conditions of selling rule the relationship between the Supplier, CONSULT LINE s.r.l. Via Spallanzani 7- 31044 Montebelluna(TV) and the Costumer as regards the on-line purchase on the Website. For all the issues not clearly ruled in these General conditions of purchase please refer to D.Lsg 185/1999 and the civil Code.
SUBJECT OF THE ON-LINE CONTRACT AND ITS DEFINITION
On-line buying and selling contract is a distance contract or the juridical contract which has as objects the buying of objects online. It is stipulated between the Supplier- Consult Line s.r.l., Via Spallanzani 7, 31044 Montebelluna (TV) and the Costumer and it is made at distance using the Website.
SELLING PRICES
All prices in the Consult Line s.r.l. on-line catalogue include VAT and any other taxes (if not different specified).
The payment of the price and delivery charges, completely paid by the Costumer, could be made by the costumer only using the ways of payment indicated in the General Selling conditions.
DELIVERY WAY
Consult Line s.r.l. informs the Costumers that the delivery of the articles bought will be made in 3 working days for Italy with courier SDA (poste Italiane pacco celere 3).
A cost of 8,00 Euros will be charged to the Costumer for delivery charges for every destination in Italy.
Shipment of products in foreign countries will be made by UPS express courier . The contribution for delivery charges will depend on the destination. Payment in advance.
When receiving the articles the Costumer has to check the wholeness and characteristics of the parcel and the addressee. If the costumer notices any anomaly then he has to inform of them the courier.
Consult Line s.r.l. engage in operating with care and speed when dealing with orders : anyway the Supplier does not assume any responsibility for delays due to express courier.
No responsibility could be given to the Supplier for delayed or cancelled delivery due to a fortuitous case or force majeure.
In case of cancelled delivery for reasons not due to Consult Line s.r.l. , this will provide to return the amount already given, retaining the charges paid to manage the order and to send the goods.
The express courier may not make delivery on week-ends and during national holidays.
The courier will ask for a signature when you will receive the goods.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWING
The costumer has the right to withdraw the contract without any penalties and without specifying the reason in 10 working days from the day that the costumer has received the goods.
The costumer cannot withdraw for tailored or personalized products, that are for inner nature cannot be sent back, or risk of damaging quickly.
In the 10 working days term all the goods have to be returned to the sender-supplier. The goods have to be undamaged and properly packed as when received.
If the returned goods are dirty or damaged or they have not be packed properly and this causes the damage of the goods during the shipment, Consult Line s.r.l. could not refund the cost of the goods.
Return shipment charges must be completely paid by the costumer.

RETURN OF GOODS
In case of flaws or abnormality of the goods all the rules for giving the goods back are the same as right of rescission paragraph. The return of the goods have to follows the same rules and same terms provide for the Right of rescission.

Consult Line s.r.l. guarantes that the products sold on this site are flawless. This guarantee does not cover anomalies due to improper use and accidental damage.

BUYER DUTIES
In order to fulfil completely the condition art. 3-4 D.Lgs 185/199 the costumer engage, when the on-line purchase process is ended, to print and keep these General selling conditions that he has already read and accepted as it is a forced passage in the buying process.
COMPLAINT
The costumer has the chance to communicate any complaints or problems (delivery mistakes, misunderstanding etc. ) to Consult Line Costumer Service that answer +390423301608 from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 12:30 and from 13:30 to 17:30.
For any other clarification, information or help while e-shopping the costumer Service is at its Costumer disposal.
LAWS AND TRIBUNALS
This contact follows the Italian laws. For any disputes about the interpretation of this contract or for any other contestation that may happen between the parties regarding these selling conditions the tribunal of Treviso in the only one which is competent.
