The shoes you've bought are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship as well as impermability, for a period of 2 (two) years from the date of purchase if constructed with ORIZO WATERPROOF TECHNOLOGY and/or EVENT WATERPROOF FABRICS. If you don't find these characteristics we will either repair or replace them according to the conditions published on our web-site and/or on our products catalogue (conditions that you can also require by phoning us at 0039 0423 301608). We inform you that this guarantee does not cover excessive wear/tear, incorrect maintenance (for which we suggest you to follow ORIZO advices), inappropriate usage and abrasion. If you should not be completely satisfied with your purchase or for any problem, need or information you can phone us at the above number.

| Care & Maintenance |

1. Preparation
Take out the removable footbed. When using cream, wax or other specific products, remove the laces. |

2. Cleaning
Clean mud and dirt from the shoes under running water. And, if necessary, use a neutral soap and a soft brush. |

3. Hygiene
If the shoes give off bad odours, clean on the inside using warm water and a soft brush or wet cloth. This procedure does not damage the lining even if made of leather or produced with "ORIZO WATERPROOF TECHNOLOGY". |

4. Drying
Open the shoes and leave them in a cool and ventilated area. Do not dry them under the sun, in hot places or, even worse, next to heat sources. Dry shoes are maintained in shape using special patterns, preferably wooden. |

5. Cream or wax
The leather needs to be nourished regularly with cream or wax. The product is applied with a cloth or sponge in medium quantity. |

6. Spray
Waterproof the shoes using a specific product proportionally and lightly when the leather is still wet and allows a better penetration. |

7. Suede leather shoes
Suede leather becomes smoother and darker after treating it with wax. The aspect changes. This is normal and does not alter in any way the leather features. |

8. Hooks and loops
After the cleaning and drying, hooks and loops can be treated with a rustproof spray or with grease, to avoid corrosion. |
