eVent fabrics: perspiration technology
Sweating is a natural process, part of what you could call the natural air conditioning of the human body. When we exercise our muscles produce heat. The body must stay at a steady-state of temperature, therefore it must find a way to cool itself. We balance our core temperature by sweating. To support our "human air conditioning" waterproof fabrics must let the sweat out. If you sweat more than the fabric can handle two things happens:
1. Simultaneously the air inside your footwear heats up, while its relative humidity reaches 100%
2. Evaporative heat loss becomes ineffective, which means your body's ability to balance its temperature is compromised.
As a result you overheat. Eventually you soak in your own sweat.
Humans simply walking produce 0.25 to 0.5 liters of sweat per hour, and up to 1.5 liters during strenuous activity. All this sweat has to move through your footwear. Why switch to eVent Fabrics? ORIZO WATERPROOF TECHNOLOGY
ORIZO WATERPROOF TECHNOLOGY combines the use of a tested waterproof and breathable membrane with the particular “bootie” construction methodology, that consists in the production of an internal sock with heat welded seams that allow to preserve the impermeability, carefully checked by strict holding tests. The characteristics and quality of the materials used allow the foot to remain constantly dry, even in extreme weather conditions, and guarantee excellent resistance to abrasion and flexion, as well as long durability. Vibram
Each Vibram sole has been designed to offer maximum performance, comfort and durability to even the most demanding user. OFP
Stop to falls. Ice, snow, mud, gravel, down slope, up slope can be faced with an higher security level thanks to the niceStep OFP. This system is applied to the sole and all its parts are made in tempered inox steel to give rigidity and wear resistance. Using a can with a button (that is a lock) you can open or close the crampon. They do not fear water or umidity so you can use them both in normal and extreme conditions.

OC SYSTEM
The antislippery OC SYSTEM with two-positions-rotating strap (GRIP ON - GRIP OFF) makes comfortable and secure stepping on any icy, muddy, rocky surface, preventing falls and accidents and at the same time it enables to walk on any floor without damaging it.

Primaflot
Cold Insulation technology. Our body keeps the insulation by using energy. PRIMALOFT uses a unique microfibre helping the body to retain the warmth therefore to save energy. The PRIMALOFT microfibre garantees softness, lightness, comfort, warmth in any weather conditions, with the highest perspiration. The PRIMALOFT insulation makes use of millions of air microspaces hanging in the microfibre structure. Thanks to these thin spaces, the perspiration and permeability process goes on.

Weather protection
The polypropylene fibre do not absorb humidity coming from outside and dries itself quickly unlike other fibres. Very comfortable and always dry. Using this element inside the technical footwear's and thanks to a needlepunch process with special fibres and to an aluminium micro-openings cavity, you can obtain a very high rate perspiration, isolation and thermic conductivity, giving much comfort to the foot-plant, thanks to which in conditions of cold weather, it consolidates elevating comfort due to an optimal non-conductivity.

Cordura
Cordura new level of performance. This fabric is made with CORDURA, a high technology fabric engineered by DuPont for durability and strength. Even the lightest CORDURA fabric has two times the abrasion resistance of comparable standard air textured nylon and beats fuzzing and pilling test hands down. CORDURA ensures durability and long lifetime of each fabric. CORDURA is a registered trademark of DuPont.

REALTREE HARDWOODS GREEN HD and ADVANTAGE MAX-4 HDTM
 offer all the elements of the forest, tree trunks, large and small limbs, a variety of leaf types and colours. They melt with a wide variety of habitats, into marshes, grasslands, deserts, broomsage, croplands.

Microfibra
Microfiber is a blend of polyester and polyamide. Fabrics made with microfibers are exceptionally soft and hold their shape well. When high quality microfiber is combined with the right knitting process, it creates an extremely effective cleaning material. This material can hold up to seven times its weight in water. They are also used for some cleaning applications, because of their exceptional ability to absorb oils.

COOLMAX
COOLMAX® fabric is the performance fabric that includes an effective fiber-based moisture management system. The system can move perspiration away from the body, and through the fabric, where it can evaporate quickly, allowing the wearer to feel cooler and more comfortable.
